30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products. To request a return, please contact us at hello@sleepyhead.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products returned under our voluntary 30-day return policy should:

• Be in clean and hygienic condition
• Be unused or in a condition suitable for resale
• Be returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible
• Not be damaged, soiled or altered

Because pillows and other products may come into contact with the body, opened or used products may not qualify for a voluntary return where hygiene or resale requirements are affected.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

For voluntary returns under our 30-day return policy, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Where a product is defective, incorrect, damaged on arrival, or where applicable law provides another remedy, we will handle the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges where the requested replacement product is available. Please contact us at hello@sleepyhead.co.za before sending anything back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will process an approved refund to the original payment method where applicable. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier network, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances and other factors outside our reasonable control. We use Aramex and The Courier Guy depending on the order and delivery location.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete customer information, an unavailable recipient, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery arrangements or costs may apply where permitted by law.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@sleepyhead.co.za as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, the request may need to be handled through our return process, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders of R1,199 or more, subject to the applicable offer shown at checkout. Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be subject to a delivery charge.

Packaging

Our pillows are delivered vacuum sealed to keep them securely packaged during transportation. Vacuum sealing does not damage the pillow. After opening your package, remove the pillow from its packaging and allow it time to air out and fully expand back to its original shape before use.

Multiple Pillows

Multiple pillows may be packaged together where practical. Up to four pillows may typically fit into one courier parcel depending on the packaging and courier requirements, but this is not guaranteed for every order.

Courier Delays

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. This may include:

• Weather
• Public holidays
• High courier volumes
• Remote delivery areas
• Operational disruptions
• Incorrect delivery information

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, or because the recipient is unavailable, the courier may make further delivery attempts or require additional arrangements. Additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
